Well, I'm sore. Very very sore. I started Ki-Aikido this week, after a four year haitus. Boy do I need to get limber again. I can't even touch my ankles, much less my toes. Sheesh. What the hell was I thinking by being away so long?...
At work things have gotten interesting again. Last Friday we were informed that my 4 teammates and I were going to be moved to a new building and a new boss. I think that it'll work out fine, but it's going to be different. The new manager also manages the central business application for the entire company, so at least he has a budget. On the down side we're concerned that we'll get overlooked because we don't work on that application. I'll be playing it by ear, as usual. In addition, I just found out that I've been awarded stock options... I'm not quite sure how I feel about that. On one hand, it's a great chance to make a financial killing, but on the other it's an increased tax pain if I choose to excercise them. Only time will tell if it'll be worth it.
